Micro-business starter units for Community Owned Trust in North Harris. It is intended to showcase “zero carbon” design & incorporate renewable technologies that, with the new “Feed-in Tariff” scheme for local electricity generation, will make the units cost neutral, even when vacant.

MORNING GLASS WORKSHOP

This contemporary stained glass workshop in Aberdeenshire is a timber framed building is clad in Larch with a tin roof, and houses an office, studio, glass store and workshop. Total floor area is approximately 75m2, with an office, workroom, glass store and cementing/woodworking area. Large sliding doors open up the cementing rooms and the glass store for ventilation, deliveries and views of the surrounding woods and fields.

A purpose built 290m2 facility with Vet Offices, Training Suit, Operation and Pre-Room facilities, including cat and dog kennel facilities. Super insulated building with external larch timber cladding.
