Moray Art Centre, Findhorn
The creation of a new Arts Centre for Moray. Winner of Moray Sustainable Design Awards and the first ZeroCarbon public building in the north of Scotland.
Modernisation of Tomatin Church
Built 1903 this 'tin' church was erected at the turn of the century by the United Free Church to serve as mission churches and halls. Today the building requires refurbishment, mobility access provision and toilet facilities in order to meet the needs of the local parish and help them move towards being a zero-carbon community.
BUSINESS UNITS, NORTH HARRIS
Micro-business starter units for Community Owned Trust in North Harris. It is intended to showcase “zero carbon” design & incorporate renewable technologies that, with the new “Feed-in Tariff” scheme for local electricity generation, will make the units cost neutral, even when vacant.
VENTURE TRUST, APPLECROSS
Establishment of a new Training Campus for the The Venture Trust including reinstatement & upgrading of the original period lodge buildings, provision of new wood fuel CHS, new offices, refectory, staff accommodation and equipment stores. This project is at an early stage design and will be the subject of future funding bids.
BASI OFFICE - MORLICH HOUSE, GRANTOWN-ON-SPEY
Repair & Refurbishment of Listed Bank of Scotland building in Main Square, Grantown-on-Spey. Conversion to new bespoke office accommodation for British Association of SnowSport Instructors.
COMMUNITY YOUTH CENTRE, FORRES
Located on a site adjacent to the A96 in Forres this is an exciting project to provide a new indoor skate & bike venue, combined with the latest in indoor rock climbing and a youth cafe. While only at feasibility stage we are really excited about bringing the life back to the youth of Moray.
