Coast2Coast Architects offers an "Ideas Service" as an early stage project consultation. As part of this we offer to undertake an initial Site Visit & Project Consultation for a one-off fee (inclusive of travel & expenses).
We have found that our initial Consultation has proved invaluable in helping prospective Clients to make strategic decisions on how to progress their project, irrespective on whether our meeting is conducted in-person, on Site, in your Home or virtually by Zoom.
This initial Consultation allows us to share our knowledge and to discuss your particular building or project requirements. At this initial meeting we help you formulate the most sensible way forward, provide some broad design ideas and make you aware of any technical advice that you may require.
Following this initial consultation, as required, we prepare a summary of your project requirements along with a detailed Fee Proposal for our professional services input to your project.
