A SELECTION OF CURRENT PROJECTS IN PROGRESS
A series of upgrading projects, working with committed Clients who wish to reduce their carbon footprint and to invest in upgrading their homes. In each case a fabric-first approach is adopted: providing better insulation to reduce the existing building heatloss, followed by selective upgrading of components: windows & doors, heating and ventilation systems. And completed by the provision of an entirely new ventilated cladding system, transforming and modernising the exterior image of their property. These are exciting and timely projects.
1980’s construction on rural plot
External Wall Insulation with Over-cladding and new Triple Glazed windows & Doors. Provision of new whole house Mechanical Ventilation system. Upgrading works to complement existing ASHP UFH heating system.
Previously converted to a dwelling.
External Wall Insulation with Over-cladding and new Triple Glazed windows & Doors to existing dwelling. New Rear Extension. Provision of new whole house Mechanical Ventilation system and ASHP heating system.
Existing Bungalow
Removal of entire roof structure and provision of new first floor accommodation. New super-insulated building envelope, including External Wall Insulation with Over-cladding and new Triple Glazed windows & Doors to existing dwelling. Provision of new whole house Mechanical Ventilation system ASHP heating system.
The gap site on Albert Street
Demolition and removal from site of a fire damaged property in the heart of Nairn. Creation of a new super-insulated small home, recreating the traditional street frontage of Albert Street.

Extension and upgrading of existing dwelling onto adjacent plot. External Wall Insulation and Slate over-cladding to existing roof and walls. Creation of new Entrance Vestibule, Garages accommodation, Kitchen & Dining spaces and a south facing External Deck area. All-in-all a new contemporary image for a prime site in the heart of residential Elgin.
